1. Returns
Since our products are perishable and made to order, returns are not accepted under normal circumstances.
We do not accept returns for:
- Taste or texture preference
- Delay caused by courier after dispatch
- Products opened or tampered with
- Orders placed with incorrect address or contact details
2. Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:
- Product delivered is damaged or expired
- You received the wrong item
- The package was not delivered at all
To request a refund or replacement:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share order ID, issue description, and unboxing video/images.
- Our support team will verify and process your request.

3. Timeframe for Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, provided they havenβt entered processing or dispatch.
- Once the order is under preparation or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
To request cancellation, email or call us immediately after placing the order.
5. Exceptions
We may refuse refund or replacement if:
- The complaint is made after 24 hours of delivery
- Unboxing evidence is not provided
- The issue is subjective (e.g., taste not matching expectations)
